For Art Basel Miami Beach 2021, BMW chose the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road building for the world premiere of the Concept XM, its first standalone M model since the legendary M1.

The unveiling brought together art, music and automotive design, with a specially commissioned sculpture by Kennedy Yanko and a live performance by Nas.
TRVE Creative was commissioned to document the world premiere through photography and film. We directed and produced two films for BMW, working with Victor Cruz and capturing Nas' live performance, alongside a photographic series featuring the Concept XM, Brooklyn Beckham and the people behind the launch.
From intimate portraits to the architecture, design and atmosphere of the evening, our work offered a closer look at a defining moment for BMW M.
